Biography
With 37 years’ experience in Canada’s national sport system, including 25 as the senior leader, Greg has accumulated knowledge and understanding that will be of assistance to senior leaders in this unique area of the not-for-profit sector. Whether it is to provide another view of an issue being faced or to undertake a more rigorous and detailed review of a specific area of interest, the experience Greg has accumulated could prove of assistance to senior sport leaders.
Greg has served as a Community Planning Advisor for the Ontario Ministry of Culture & Recreation. In 1980 he was hired by the Canadian Olympic Association and served as Manager of Games, then Director of Operations. In 1993 Greg became Executive Director of Wrestling Canada. From 2009 to 2017 he served as CEO/Secretary General of Cycling Canada.
