Stephanie is a certified Integral Master CoachTM through Integral Coaching Canada, certified with the International Coach Federation, and is a credentialed evaluator with the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES). As an ‘amateur athlete for life’, Stephanie has a deep passion for the transformative power of sport in our lives. Stephanie brings decades of experience cultivating positive team environments within which players, coaches, and parents can all thrive through her volunteer Board member and coaching positions with the second largest soccer club in Canada.
To pay the bills, Stephanie has provided consulting services to federal, provincial, and non-governmental organizations since earning her PhD in Sociology in 1999. She has designed and managed numerous program reviews, evaluations, and research projects in the areas of health and disability, among vulnerable populations including First Nations and Inuit, persons with disabilities, and immigrants. As leadership coach, Stephanie works with clients one on one to help them get traction in areas they have been stuck, to relate to situations in the workplace or in their personal lives in an expanded and resourceful manner, or develop capacities to help them expand into a fuller, more developed version of themselves. She does this from a place of deep compassion, curiosity, and whole-hearted commitment to engaging in the human experience in the most alive way possible.
Stephanie and her husband have spent the last two decades raising four children, two dogs, two cats, and a flock of hens in rural Ottawa. She is an active volunteer with her local elementary school and soccer club; exploring a range of meditation and mindfulness practices; and is a blossoming soap-maker.
