Summer of Pride Celebrations

Throughout the summer, the COC, alongside CPC and You Can Play, have marched in Pride Parades across the country to celebrate the LGBTQI2S+ communities, acknowledge their challenges and the progress that has been made. The COC strongly believes that creating safer and more inclusive environments helps ensure that all students, athletes, spectators, and coaches can be who they are and enjoy their love of sport.

Thank you to all the athletes who have joined us in marching in the Pride Parades, we were thrilled to have you with us!

Check out some of our favourite moments this summer. On behalf of You Can Play and the COC social impact team, thank you and we hope to see you next Pride Season!
